Rodrick D. Evans - Mr. Evans led the initial Midland development team for the PTM TxCAD Data Module. He now serves as an advisor to the company. He also currently leads the research team at the SFF Energy Group. He graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a degree in business in 1993. He spent five years as General Manager of the Lubbock Cotton Kings of the Central Hockey League. He also spent three years in the energy research and acquisition divisions at Anthem Oil & Gas, Inc. In addition, he owned and operated a home improvement store. Mr. Evans has served on numerous committee and advisory board appointments. |

Brian J. Ferguson - Mr. Ferguson is the managing principal of Priority Tax Management. He is also a founding partner of TXA Exploration, which is actively engaged in oil and gas exploration and production in West Texas. He is a member of the Ferguson Land & Cattle, Co. Board of Directors. Prior to joining PTM, Mr. Ferguson served as controller and counsel at WP&L, a Texas electric utility. He has also worked in public accounting with the independent accounting firm KPMG, LLP. Mr. Ferguson is a certified public accountant and a Texas licensed attorney with experience in commercial litigation and construction law. He has degrees from the University of Texas' College of Business Administration, Graduate School of Business, and School of Law. |

Jon M. Morgan - Mr. Morgan has principally founded and been actively involved in over a dozen companies involved in real estate, oil and gas, minor league sports, geophysical services, financial services, data management, power procurement, and the internet. He is the president of Anthem Oil and Gas, Inc., an oil and gas exploration firm. He graduated from the University of Texas with a Petroleum Land Management degree in 1981. He worked for Texaco, Inc. through 1983. He presently serves on several corporate and non-profit boards. Mr. Morgan is also CEO of AMEN Properties, Inc and Treasurer of SFF Royalty and SFF Production. |

John R. Norwood - Mr. Norwood serves as the vice president of TCTB Company, a commercial real estate venture whose assets include nearly 1,750,000 square feet of class "A" office space. In addition, he serves as vice president of Anthem Oil and Gas and as president of Magnolia Royalty Company, Inc. He has actively purchased minerals and royalties for the past 14 years, participates in drilling for oil and gas, and the acquisition of large oil and gas working interests. He is also manager and co-founder of Priority Power Management, a leading power procurement firm. Mr. Norwood graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and serves on several boards and committees. |
Eric L. Oliver - Mr. Oliver is Chief Investment Officer for Softvest, LP - a hedge fund founded in 1998 that focuses on convertible arbitrage. He is also president of SFF Royalty and SFF Production. Additionally, Mr. Oliver serves as the president of Midland Map Company a 55-year-old company that tracks lease and ownership changes throughout the Permian Basin of West Texas. Mr. Oliver is the founder of Heart's Bluff Music, an independent music publishing company. He also serves as chairman of the board of Love and Care ministries. |

Elaine A. M. Ferguson - Dr. Ferguson coordinates legal services for Priority Tax Management. She is a practicing attorney in West Texas. Prior to entering private practice she served as an assistant city attorney and as a university professor. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Abilene Christian University. She holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University. |
